Switch Client portal organisations

Move between Client organisations connected to the same portal account.

Before you start: Your Client portal account needs active access to more than one Client organisation.

Open Client portal settings

Switch organisation

  1. Select Settings, then open My organisations.
  2. Find another organisation with active access.
  3. Select Switch.

The Active badge shows which organisation is open.

What happens next

Cheku returns to Client portal Home for the selected organisation. Home, Queries and Firm branding update to that organisation.
