Free Plan
The Free plan costs nothing and requires no payment information. You can use the Free plan indefinitely, subject to our Terms of Service.
To stop using the Free plan, simply delete your Account through your Account settings or by contacting support@cheku.ai.
Free Trial
Paid plans are not yet available. When introduced, paid plans may include a free trial period. No payment details will be required to start a trial. You will never be charged without first providing payment details and confirming your subscription.
Paid Subscriptions
Paid plans are not yet available. When paid plans are introduced, the following terms will apply:
Billing
Paid subscriptions will be billed monthly in advance. Your billing cycle will start on the day you confirm your subscription (after any trial period).
Cancellation
You will be able to cancel your paid subscription at any time:
- Through Account settings — Navigate to your subscription settings and select "Cancel".
- By email — Contact support@cheku.ai with your cancellation request.
When you cancel:
- Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
- You will retain access to all paid features until the period ends.
- After the billing period ends, your Account will revert to the Free plan.
- No further charges will be made.
Downgrading
Instead of cancelling, you may downgrade to the Free plan or to a lower-priced plan at any time. The downgrade will take effect at the end of your current billing period. If your usage exceeds the limits of the new plan, you will be prompted to reduce usage (e.g., archive clients) before the downgrade completes.
Refunds
Since only the Free plan is currently available, no charges are being made and refunds do not apply. When paid plans are introduced, the following refund terms will apply:
General Policy
Subscription fees will be non-refundable. Once a billing period has been charged, we will not provide refunds or credits for partial months, unused features, or downgraded accounts.
Exceptions
We may, at our discretion, issue a refund in the following circumstances:
- Billing errors — If you were charged incorrectly due to a system error, we will issue a full refund for the erroneous charge.
- Service unavailability — If the Service experiences a prolonged outage (more than 72 consecutive hours) during a billing period, you may request a pro-rata credit for the affected period.
- Duplicate charges — If you are charged twice for the same billing period, we will refund the duplicate charge.
To request a refund under these exceptions, contact support@cheku.ai within 30 days of the charge.
Account Deletion and Data
When you cancel your subscription or delete your Account:
- You have 30 days to export your data through the Platform or by requesting an export from support@cheku.ai.
- After the 30-day export window, your Customer Data will be permanently deleted within 90 days.
- Billing records may be retained for up to 7 years as required by tax law.
Price Changes
When paid plans are introduced, we may change their pricing from time to time. We will provide at least 30 days' written notice before any price increase takes effect. Price changes will apply at the start of your next billing cycle after the notice period. If you do not agree to a price change, you may cancel or downgrade before the change takes effect.
Australian Consumer Law
If you are located in Australia, nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010) that cannot be excluded by agreement.
Under Australian Consumer Law, you may be entitled to a refund if the Service has a major failure or cannot be fixed within a reasonable time. A "major failure" means the Service:
- Is substantially unfit for its common purpose and cannot easily be made fit within a reasonable time.
- Does not meet a specific purpose that you told us about (or that would have been obvious) and cannot easily be made to meet that purpose.
- Is unsafe.
If you believe you are entitled to a remedy under Australian Consumer Law, contact support@cheku.ai.
UK Consumer Rights
If you are a consumer in the United Kingdom, you have rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Digital content (including software services) must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described. If the Service does not meet these standards, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund.
